BIRD WATCHING
Chapman Valley Road runs north-east from Northwest Coastal Hwy, through the Moresby Ranges then along the Chapman River towards Nanson and Nabawa.
Waggrakine Cutting Lookout, just off Chapman Valley Road is worth a visit. On the backroads, Rufous Whistler, Splendid and Variegated Fairy-wrens, Striated Pardalote and Rufous Songlark are among the birds to be
seen.
